1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 786xp ("786xp", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 786xp website located at https://786xp.club, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, payment systems, and customer support channels.

By completing account registration on 786xp, making any deposit, placing any bet or wager, or accessing any game on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them without reservation. Your continued use of 786xp following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the 786xp Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 786xp.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 786xp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the 786xp platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register as players on 786xp.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or exclusion order affecting your ability to participate in online gaming.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party in registering or operating your 786xp account.

786xp reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC — at any stage of the registration process or during the lifecycle of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 786xp may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one 786xp account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3 Account Management

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your 786xp account. This responsibility includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, withdrawal requests submitted, and communications sent from your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you personally.

You must take all reasonable steps to maintain the security and confidentiality of your 786xp login credentials. Specifically, you must:

• Not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances.
• Not permit any other individual to access or use your 786xp account.
• Log out of your account at the conclusion of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Immediately notify 786xp support if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

786xp will never ask for your account password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any request purporting to come from 786xp asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 786xp support without delay.

786xp maintains the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity theft, a breach of these Terms, or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the 786xp platform or to other players.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 786xp platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 786xp supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast instant payment network, and direct bank transfer to and from accounts held at major Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL, MCB, and Meezan Bank.

The following conditions apply to all 786xp deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount on 786xp is Rs 100 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum amounts for bank transfer and Raast may differ and are displayed in the 786xp cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed 786xp's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, including submission and approval of a valid CNIC copy.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. These timescales are targets and may vary due to payment provider processing times outside 786xp's control.
• Source of Funds: Deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned, less any applicable transfer charges.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve consecutive months are classified as dormant. 786xp reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances as permitted under applicable regulations, following prior written notice to the email address registered on the account.

786xp does not charge any transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. 786xp accepts no liability for charges imposed by third-party payment providers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

786xp offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and PSL cricket betting specials. All 786xp bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms when read together.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all 786xp promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on the 786xp platform.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the offer terms. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from your account balance without notice.
• 786xp reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honoring bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• 786xp may require you to opt in to a promotion before it can be activated on your account. Retroactive bonus applications are not possible.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The 786xp sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international fixtures, and domestic tournaments), football, tennis, kabaddi, and selected other sports. All sports betting activity on 786xp is governed by the following rules:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted and no liability is incurred by 786xp until you receive a confirmed bet slip reference number in your 786xp account. Bets placed via the 786xp interface are subject to the odds and market conditions available at the precise moment of placement.
• Obvious Errors: 786xp reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input error. 786xp will notify affected players and return their stake in such cases.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets on 786xp are processed as quickly as possible, but there may be a short delay between the action on the field and the suspension of the market. 786xp reserves the right to void in-play bets where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• Match Abandonment: In the event that a cricket match or other event is abandoned or postponed before the minimum required overs or time has been completed, 786xp will settle markets in accordance with the rules published in the 786xp sportsbook help section applicable to that sport.
• Cash Out: Where the Cash Out feature is available on 786xp, its availability is not guaranteed and may be suspended at any time. 786xp's decision regarding Cash Out valuations is final.
• Maximum Winnings: 786xp applies maximum payout limits per event and per day across all sports markets. Current limits are displayed in the 786xp sportsbook terms section and may be updated from time to time.

7 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games, slot titles, live dealer games, and instant-win games available on 786xp are provided by certified third-party game studios and use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 786xp does not influence or control game outcomes.

The following conditions apply to casino and slot game play on 786xp:

• Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytables for each title are available within the game interface itself. It is your responsibility to review these before wagering real PKR funds.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, 786xp's system will complete the round according to the game's outcome at the point of disconnection. Results determined in this way are final and binding.
• 786xp is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a technical failure originating within a third-party game provider's system, provided that 786xp takes all reasonable steps to resolve such issues promptly.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game round are set by the individual game provider and are displayed within the game interface.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 786xp platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one 786xp account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the 786xp platform in a manner not available to ordinary human users.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in connection with betting on 786xp.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer environment on 786xp.
• Using the 786xp platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or infrastructure of the 786xp platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 786xp staff members or other players through any communication channel.

786xp actively monitors platform activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 786xp reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account(s), withhold any associated balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

9 Responsible Gaming

786xp is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care towards all players seriously. 786xp operates a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every player account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your 786xp account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Limits & Reminders: 786xp provides session time reminders that alert you when you have been active for a specified duration. Automatic session logout can be configured in your account settings.
• Cooling-Off Period: You may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your 786xp account is suspended and you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.

10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the 786xp platform — including but not limited to the 786xp brand name and logo, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, written content, graphics, data compilations, and trade marks — are owned by or licensed to 786xp. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any 786xp intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 786xp platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the 786xp platform; create derivative works based on 786xp content; or use 786xp's trade marks or branding in any manner without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786xp's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 786xp platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 786xp account in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

786xp expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the 786xp platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or third-party service provider outages.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the 786xp platform, including odds, statistics, and game data.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions as required under Section 3 of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 786xp's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 786xp.

12 Termination

You may close your 786xp account at any time by contacting 786xp support through the live chat facility. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds not yet subject to completed wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

786xp reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have materially breached any provision of these Terms.
• 786xp has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct in connection with your account.
• You have provided false identity information or failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• 786xp is required to do so by a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is terminated by 786xp due to a material breach of these Terms or confirmed fraudulent activity, 786xp reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any applicable investigation or legal proceedings.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 786xp holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising between you and 786xp in connection with these Terms or your use of the 786xp platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through 786xp's internal customer support escalation process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation within thirty days of first notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents 786xp from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm to the platform or other players.

14 Amendments to These Terms

786xp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, 786xp will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the 786xp platform for a minimum of seven days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice. All amendments become effective on the date they are published on the 786xp website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of 786xp following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
